濫用 Google 產品：發佈商不得鼓勵濫用任何 Google 產品 (例如 YouTube、Orkut 或 Blogger 等) 的行為，包括提供各種技巧來規避 Google 產品的政策，像是允許使用者下載 YouTube 影片。

This document is removed for it is said violated the policy of Google's products.
We cannot encourage to use Google's products in some not-allowed ways.
For example, downloading YouTube films.
I don't agree Google, though I think Google has her opinion to say so, in using her products.
We may post those documents in other non-Google ways.
Relying Google's service more, we must care about if does Google step on the red line.
